Student Presentations: Found Sounds from the NC Coast
(Please note new date -- rescheduled from November 2)
This fall, University Scholars students participated in high-impact learning opportunity that included recording sounds from the natural world during a trip to Hammocks Beach State Park in Swansboro. Then, using technology from the NCSU Libraries, they remastered the sounds into new creations. In this program, students will debut their work and discuss what they learned in the process of creating their own compositions.
Free and open to the public.
If you require a disability-related accommodation to participate in this event, please contact Marian Fragola at firstname.lastname@example.org or 919-513-3481 to arrange services. Early requests are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time to meet your access needs.
